Japanese Sushi Futomaki Mold for Home Use
With this Japanese sushi mold, you can easily make beautiful futomaki at home! Futomaki is one of Japan’s most popular sushi rolls, known for its wide diameter and thin width, perfect for packing multiple ingredients. Here’s how to use it:
- Lightly moisten the mold and fill the base with a layer of rice, covering the sides up to the top.
- Add your chosen filling to the center of the mold.
- Cover with another layer of rice, close the mold with the lid, and press gently to pack the rice.
- Unmold your roll onto a sheet of nori seaweed and wrap the seaweed around it.
- Cut into thin slices with a sharp knife. That’s it!
